Ben James is an experienced business manager currently working at Craigmore Sustainables since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held multiple positions at Rockit Management Services from July 2016 to October 2021, including operations manager, pipfruit technical manager, and orchard manager. Ben served as president of the Hawkes Bay Fruitgrowers Association from September 2018 to September 2020 and was a committee member of the Hawkes Bay Young Orchardist from March 2015 to September 2020. Previous roles also include technical manager at HNFC Management Services and orchard forman at both H.N.F.C (Rockit Apple) and Mr Apple. Ben holds a National Certificate in Fruit Production from the Eastern Institute of Technology and a certificate in Communication and Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training.
