Shira Lang has extensive experience in customer success and account management roles. Shira is currently working at Craft.io as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they build relationships with clients and ensures their success in utilizing the product management platform. Prior to that, Shira worked at WalkMeâ„¢ as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where they managed strategic accounts and facilitated onboarding and implementation of digital adoption projects. Shira also led value assessment and performance optimization meetings to help customers achieve their business objectives. At Incredibuild, Shira served as a Customer Success Manager and later as an Account Management Team Lead, where they strengthened client relationships, provided product solutions, and coordinated onboarding and training. Shira started their career as an Administration Coordinator at Imperva and later worked at Tel Aviv University and the Student Union as a Facilities Associate and Contractors Coordinator, respectively. Shira also has experience in HR and logistics coordination through their roles at Plasan and AMHSI - Alexander Muss High School in Israel. Finally, they worked as a Group Supervisor/Counselor at Garin Tzabar and as a Delegations Manager & Executive Assistant at Plasan.
Shira Lang obtained their Bachelor's degree in Archaeology & Arts from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they completed a web development program at they code;. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a B.Sc. in Interior Design at the Holon Institute of Technology.
