Rachael Danke, MSHR, is an experienced recruiter at CPS HR Consulting, specializing in filling executive-level and hard-to-fill positions for public and non-profit agencies. Rachael has a diverse background in human resources, having previously worked as a recruiter and human resources specialist at CPS HR Consulting and Koff & Associates, as well as in various roles with El Dorado County and the State of Nevada's Health and Human Resources department. Rachael's career has also included volunteer roles with the American Red Cross and hands-on experience supporting individuals with employment challenges. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
