Monika Gomboc has a diverse work experience. Monika is currently the Head of Branch Office at collaboration Factory AG since February 2018. In 1996, they briefly attended Georgia State University, focusing on General Management, Business Administration, and Economics. Following that, from 1997 to 1998, Monika studied at the Institute for Economics and Languages in Hamburg, securing a Graduate Fellowship in Intercultural Competence and Language in Southeast Asia.

In addition to their formal education, Monika Gomboc obtained various certifications. These include becoming a Certified Project Manager, Level C through the IPMA: International Project Management Association, as well as achieving the same certification at Level D through the GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Projektmanagement e. V. Monika also received training in Leadership Grid from Grid International, Inc. Furthermore, Monika was a scholarship holder of the Heinz Nixdorf Foundation and the Heinz Nixdorf Program of the German Society for International Cooperation. Monika also completed a State-certified Business Assistant program at the Duale Hochschule Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and became a State-certified trainer (IHK) through IHK Region Stuttgart.
