Piotr Brożek is a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter currently working at Unit8 since October 2022, with prior experience at Superdevs. In these roles, Piotr has managed end-to-end recruitment processes for European start-ups, collaborating closely with CEOs and CTOs while being the primary point of contact regarding the Polish IT market. Previous experience includes positions at SoftServe, TISA Group, and NATEK, where Piotr successfully oversaw recruitment activities, developed HR procedures, and maintained strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, Piotr has a background in football scouting and coaching, showcasing a diverse skill set. Piotr holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw.
