Wayne Karabinos, AIA, serves as an Architectural Project Manager at CPL since January 2023, overseeing all aspects of project development to deliver effective design solutions that meet client needs. Prior to this role, Wayne was an Associate/Project Manager at Lothrop Associates, LLP from July 2012 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, conducting pre-proposal walkthroughs, and assisting with RFP response packages. Wayne's career began at Cerniglia Architecture and Planning P.C. from June 2005 to July 2012 as a Design Technical, where support was provided in developing healthcare projects through the generation of CAD plans and preparation of construction documents.
