Michael Knepper, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Michael started their career as a Front End Associate at Harris Teeter where they gained valuable customer service skills. Later, they worked at NC State University as a Bookstacks Assistant and a Research Assistant, focusing on water distribution system security. Since 2016, they have been working at Kimley-Horn as a Project Engineer, where they manage multiple projects and tasks, provides excellent client service, and specializes in flood impact assessments, preparing packages for FEMA/local agencies, producing construction drawings, and stormwater system design. In 2023, they joined Timmons Group as a Project Engineer.

Michael Knepper, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University. Michael completed their undergraduate studies at this institution from 2012 to 2016.
