Claudia Presenti has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as HRM at the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis since February 1997. Responsibilities include advising the management team on personnel matters, overseeing recruitment and dismissals, coaching staff, and managing various HR processes such as performance evaluations and employee satisfaction surveys. Claudia has led multiple projects, including the implementation of national job classification systems and the promotion of sustainable employability. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs as an HRM Employee from February 1990 to February 1997, handling child care policies and minority affairs. Claudia holds a degree in History from Leiden University, earned between 1983 and 1988.
