Henrik Stapelfeldt is an experienced professional in the field of quality management and food safety, currently serving as the Senior Quality Manager for Food Gums at CP Kelco since 2001, overseeing quality and food safety across multiple plants in Denmark, Germany, and Brazil. Prior to this role, Henrik held various positions including Quality Manager, Quality Control Manager, and QC Manager at the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, as well as Head of the Food Chemistry Division. Henrik's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Dairy Technology, both obtained from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole, and a scientific career began as a Scientist at the Danish Government Institute for Dairy Industry.
