Tommy is currently a Senior Vice President at CP Group, where they specialize in acquisitions and dispositions in the Mid Atlantic and Western regions. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management for Bridge Investment Group, focusing on value-add office investments in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Before that, Tommy served as a Director of Acquisitions for Crescent Investment Group, where they completed transactions worth $352 million with institutional fund partners, and executed the business plans for the firm's real estate investments. Tommy also worked as an Asset Manager at JTS Realty Services, managing a diverse portfolio of properties and overseeing debt and equity procurement.

Tommy's earlier role at JTS Management involved project development management for Perkins Rowe, a large lifestyle center. Tommy played a key role in tenant coordination, solving construction challenges, rezoning efforts, and site issue resolution.
