William Fischer is an experienced real estate professional and community leader currently serving as Treasurer/Secretary for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors since September 2017, with additional roles including GLAR Vice President in 2022 and various committee memberships. William has owned and operated 502 Real Estate since May 2013, focusing on assisting clients with home buying and selling while managing all aspects of real estate transactions. Previous positions include Land Acquisition Manager at Elite Homes for a year and FHA Construction Advisor/Sales Consultant at Renaissance Development for seven years, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, marketing, and construction oversight. Additionally, William has experience in retail sales, ranking in the top nationally while working at Dicks/Galyans, and served as a BellSouth Sponsored Loaned Executive at Metro United Way, enhancing community engagement. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Louisville and a high school diploma from Trinity High School.
