Javier Delgado Martin has extensive work experience in project management, operations management, and product launch management.
Starting in 2011, they worked as an Information Technology Project Management Consultant at Better Consultants, where they coordinated various consulting companies in the migration of the BBVA Leasing platform.
From 2012 to 2014, they served as a New Product Introduction Engineer at IDNEO, based in HP Large Format Printer HQ. Bhd., where they led the setup of a factory in Malaysia, including securing necessary licenses and overseeing the refurbishment of the shop floor and warehouses. Javier coordinated the transfer of three manufacturing lines from China and achieved SOP mass production within six months. Javier also played a key role in recruitment across multiple departments.
In 2021, Martin joined IDNEO as a Senior Project Manager, assessing leads and determining which projects were viable for industrialization. Javier successfully delivered a project with a strategic partner, managing a cross-company team from Japan, Germany, and Spain for the manufacturing of an Automated Border Control System. Additionally, they renegotiated manufacturing contracts to mitigate the impact of the global microcontroller shortage, saving the company significant costs.
Most recently, in 2021, Martin started at Cowboy as a Project Director. In this role, they established project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional forums to optimize resource focus and enhance communication. Javier also redefined project governance, integrating business cases as decision-making tools, and improved change management system procedures to facilitate information transfer across teams.

Javier Delgado Martin has an extensive education history. Javier obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from EUNCET between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Research Project in Industrial Technology & Management at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011. Javier also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Organization & Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Javier began their educational journey at the same institution, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from 2004 to 2007.
In addition to their formal education, Javier has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skillset. Javier received a Professional Certificate in Strategic Management from Wharton Online in May 2021. In February 2021, they earned a certification in the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. Prior to that, in December 2020, Javier completed a Professional Certificate in Electric Cars from Technische Universiteit Delft. Javier also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in November 2020. Javier has further enhanced their knowledge in Lean Inventory Management through a certification from LinkedIn, acquired in March 2020. Lastly, they obtained an Automobiles Certificate from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in June 2007.
