Mohit Verma is an experienced project and program manager currently serving as Vice Manager at Rakuten since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading project managers, overseeing complex enterprise-level projects, and managing group budgets. Prior to Rakuten, Mohit held the position of Program/Project Manager at Murata from July 2018 to October 2022, successfully leading cross-functional teams to develop business dashboards, engage with stakeholders, and improve data-driven decision-making. Mohit started career as a Product Development Engineer, focusing on failure analysis in the cell business, and began as a Trainee with foundational training in Japanese. Mohit holds a Master of Technology in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering.
