Kristin Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and sustainability. As the Manager of Community Relations at Covia since June 2013, Kristin has developed strong ties within the community. In addition, Kristin serves as a Board Member for America SCORES Cleveland and previously held a Board Member position at United Way Services of Geauga County from January 2010 to July 2015. Prior experience at Fairmount Minerals includes roles as Director of Sustainability and Engagement, Manager of Sustainable Development, Communications & Engagement, Sustainable Development Analyst, and Business Analyst from January 2004 to September 2013. Earlier in their career, Kristin worked as a Systems Analyst at DigiKnow from July 2001 to January 2004. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Positive Organization Development from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University.
