Prior to that, Edwin worked as the Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Alcoa and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Traylor Bros., Inc. Edwin also gained experience as an Executive Recruiter at The Newburgh Group (MRI Network) and as a Lead Human Resources Recruiter at HR Connects LLC.
