Tristan Desrues is a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer at Coventor, Inc., a Lam Research Company, since December 2017, specializing in the development of advanced Monte Carlo 3D simulations for dopant implantation and etch modeling, as well as a custom voxel-based level-set engine for plasma processes. Previously, Tristan worked at Saipem from April 2011 to December 2017, where roles included Ingénieur Process et Flow Assurance and Ingénieur R&D, focusing on multiphase thermohydraulic modeling and high-temperature thermal storage testing. Earlier experience includes a doctoral position at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives from February 2008 to May 2011, concentrating on large-scale thermal electricity storage processes. Tristan holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Sciences physiques from Grenoble INP - Phelma, earned between 2004 and 2007.
