Abhijit (AJ) Joshi has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain engineering. Abhijit (AJ) is currently working as the Vice President of Distribution at Covenant since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Logistics Engineering at Covenant from July 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Covenant, they worked at Landair as the Director of Distribution Engineering from January 2020 to July 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Joshi worked at Bennett International Group as the Vice President of Supply Chain Engineering & Operations, where they had P&L and operational responsibility for the distribution services division. Abhijit (AJ) also served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Solutions at Bennett International Group from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at US Xpress as the Director of Logistics Engineering and Research from 2013 to 2015. Joshi also has experience working at Landair as the Director of Transportation Management Solutions from 2011 to 2013. Abhijit (AJ) started their career at VASCOR, where they held the positions of Manager - Engineering Solutions from 2007 to 2011 and Sr Logistics Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Joshi worked as a Graduate Research Associate at Solectron (now Flextronics) from 2001 to 2002 and as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Kolhapur from 1999 to 2000.

Abhijit (AJ) Joshi, CLTD, holds a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Abhijit (AJ) also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007, where they studied World Class Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy, Finlistics, and Logistics. In addition, AJ Joshi pursued Industrial Engineering at the University of Louisville from 2003 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1993 and 1997. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution from APICS in May 2020.
