Mutoba Ngoma has had a long and varied career in the private sector. Mutoba began their professional journey in 2003 as a Warehouse Assistant at Asda Stores Ltd. In 2007, they moved to Zambian Airways Limited as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner. In 2012, they became the Director of Tobas Foods, specializing in the cultivation and marketing of button mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. In 2014, they took an Enterprise Acceleration Internship at Land O'Lakes, Inc | International Development as part of the YALI fellowship program. In 2018, they were elected as the Secretary Board of Directors for the Biofuels Association of Zambia. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Country Director for Zambia at YOBANTE EXPRESS.
