Kelly Cantave has extensive experience in residential services and program management, currently serving as Assistant Director of Residential Services and Project Program Coordinator at Attain, Inc. since January 2019. Additionally, Kelly holds positions as Overnight Assistant Residential Coordinator and Overnight Case Manager at Covenant House Florida since April 2019. Previous roles include Program Director at Services for the UnderServed, School Leadership Team Chairperson for the NYC Department of Education, and Program Supervisor/QA Specialist at United Cerebral Palsy of Nassau. Kelly has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities, overseeing operational and financial aspects, staff supervision, and program development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Central Florida, supplemented by studies at Queensborough Community College.
