Paula Donovan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychotherapy and consulting. Currently a psychotherapist at The Women's Center since August 2006, Paula also serves as a consultant specializing in exit interviews for HR strategic alignment at The World Bank, where a career has spanned from January 1977 to the present. Previously held roles at The World Bank include Director of PREM, Director of Resource Mobilization, and Director of East Asia Strategy. Paula holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Catholic University of America, a Master of Arts in Economics (M.A. Econ.) from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts (Mod.) in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
