Lindsay Schmidt currently serves as Senior HR Director for the Midwest Region at Reworld Waste, overseeing HR operations for over 20 sites and more than 1,000 employees since January 2023. Previously, Lindsay held the position of Human Resources Director and Diversity & Inclusion Leader at X-Rite from 2020 to 2022, and served as Director of HR for Surgical Solutions North America at Hill-Rom in 2018-2019. At CenturyLink from 2014 to 2018, Lindsay directed HR Analytics, managing a team of 14 and focusing on HR reporting and advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Earlier roles at Honeywell Aerospace included Manager of Compensation Systems and various HR positions from 2007 to 2014. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Psychology from Missouri Western State University.
