Mary Beth Fleury is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Arcadia since April 2021, Mary Beth previously held key roles at Modus Hotels, including Director of Talent & Culture and Area Manager for Talent and Culture, where strategic support for recruitment and employee engagement was emphasized. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Consero overseeing recruiting and workforce engagement, as well as coordinating events at the National League for Nursing and supporting attorney recruiting at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. Mary Beth holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the School of Public Affairs at American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from Elon University, augmented by a minor in Sport and Event Management.
