Alyssa Luffman has a diverse background in customer service and support roles, currently serving as Customer Service Staff for the County of Lennox and Addington since November 2022. Prior experience includes a contract position as a Customer Service Representative at the same organization from February 2021 to December 2021. Alyssa's previous roles include Service Dispatcher at Haven Home ClimateCare, Retail Salesworker at Claire's, Child and Youth Worker at Terrace Youth Residential Services, and Optometric Assistant at Visionary EyeCare. Alyssa holds an education in Office Occupations and Clerical Services from KLC College, as well as a degree in Community and Justice Service Work from Loyalist College.
