Andrew T. has a strong background in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Andrew started their career at MindField Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in August 2010. After two years, they were promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist before leaving the company in January 2013. In January 2013, Andrew joined Avocette Technologies Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they worked for three years before becoming a Senior Technical Recruiter in May 2016. Andrew then went on to become the Technical Recruitment Lead / Account Manager in January 2018, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Andrew has gained experience in IT solutions, application development, case management, cloud and data services, managed services, product integration, and staffing.
