Sharon Keoppel is an experienced professional currently serving as the President of the El Dorado Disc Sports Foundation since October 2017 and as an Administrative Analyst for the County of El Dorado since October 2013. In the role of Administrative Analyst, Sharon Keoppel implements civil rights laws and coordinates compliance with state and federal civil rights requirements, focusing on providing cultural competency training to enhance county members' awareness of diverse cultures. Sharon Keoppel holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from National University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from California State University-Sacramento.
