Angus Owens is a seasoned Geospatial Analyst currently employed at Selwyn District Council since January 2023. Prior to this role, Angus served as a Spatial and Request Analyst at Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand from April 2021 to January 2023. Angus also gained experience as an Aquaculture Farmer at Mount Cook Alpine Salmon Ltd for a brief period in late 2018. Angus holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Otago, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
