Denice Crowder has extensive experience in communications management, currently serving as President of the Virginia Chapter of APCO since November 2022, while also holding the position of President Elect VA APCO from July to December 2023. Crowder has been with the County of Dinwiddie since July 2009 as Communications Manager, a role also held at Dinwiddie Fire/EMS. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager for the Louisa County Sheriff Office from 2001 to 2008.
