Emerald Amara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent solutions and legal recruitment. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Talent Solutions at Counselect, a division of Vahura, since April 2019, Emerald focuses on meeting the talent needs of legal teams. Prior to this role, Emerald was a Senior Legal Consultant at Vahura from April 2011 to March 2019, contributing significantly to legal and governance recruitment across the APAC and MEA regions. Earlier experience includes a position in the Talent Management Group at Rainmaker T&R from June 2008 to March 2011. Emerald's educational background includes an LL.B from GJ Advani Law College and a B.A. in Philosophy from Sophia College, Mumbai.
