Liz Taylor has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Liz began their career as an HR Manager at The Trizetto Group, where they oversaw HR functions for a managed care and software firm. Liz then moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at a global internet company, where they created HR processes and partnered with key leaders on talent acquisition strategies. Liz later joined IEEE GlobalSpec, taking various roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, leading the HR response in a successful sale of a global media business and redesigning employee programs for cost savings. Their most recent position was as the Deputy Executive Director of HR at the Center for Disability Services, where they led the HR department through a period of rapid change and reorganized departments to promote excellence in a challenging budget environment. Liz is currently serving as the HR Director at Disability Rights New York.
Liz Taylor's education history includes studying at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial Organizational. Additionally, they completed coursework towards a PhD in Organizational Studies.
