Vivien van de Water currently serves as the VP of Portfolio and Growth at Coty, a position held since September 2021. With a robust background in sales and marketing, Vivien has been the Asia Business Head and Sales and Marketing Director at Merck Group since September 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Global Product Marketing Leader for Sensors at Honeywell, Marketing Director for Partner Marketing at SAP, and European Product Manager at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions. Vivien's career began at Motorola Solutions and GE Power Conversion, where foundational marketing roles were undertaken. An MBA was obtained from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2002 to 2003.
