Neil Saunders is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Infrastructure & Operations at Coty since March 2020, Neil manages significant budgets and oversees critical site maintenance contracts while leading initiatives to support over 70 global brands. Previously, Neil was the VP of Technical Services at Beamly, where responsibilities included managing a large budget, re-architecting deployment and monitoring platforms, and fostering a robust engineering team. Earlier career experiences include managerial and consulting roles at Accenture and a software engineering position at Sun Microsystems, complemented by a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
