Katia's career began in finance and accounting roles at St. Joseph's Hospital, John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, and Hilti, alongside significant experience in compensation management at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Katia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from McGill University.
