Will Statton is an accomplished Operations Engineer currently employed at Matador Resources Company since January 2022. Statton previously interned at EOG Resources in 2021, where design work included developing plans for operations away from existing infrastructure and analyzing oil and gas transfer options, leading to significant recommendations for emissions reduction. Prior internships at Concho focused on completions and production engineering, where comprehensive evaluations of economic and environmental impacts were conducted, alongside hands-on experience in field operations. Statton holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned in December 2021.
