Zoe Lambert currently serves as the Global Costa X Technical Manager at Costa Coffee, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Campden BRI as Industrial Process Microbiology Project Manager and Heat Resistance & Decontamination Research Manager from February 2019 to March 2023. Zoe’s background also includes significant positions at Müller UK & Ireland as Quality Control and Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing laboratories and quality assurance for creamery products, and at Dairy Crest as Quality Control Manager and QA Manager. Early career experiences include roles as Laboratory Supervisor and Laboratory Analyst, along with Research and Development Technician positions at Kerry Ingredients during student placements. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science from the University of Reading, completed in 2002.
