Mary Forrest has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Delaware. Mary has experience working as an R&D Manager at MAFCO Worldwide LLC, where Mary is responsible for optimizing flavors in finished products and innovating new products. Prior to this role, Mary worked at International Flavors & Fragrances, Tastepoint by IFF, and David Michael & Co., where Mary gained experience in food technology, product development, and sensory evaluation. Mary also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware and as Counter Staff at The Able Baker.
