Colleen McGarry has extensive experience in employee success and analysis, currently serving as Employee Success Manager at Corporate Insight since November 2016, where previous roles included Senior Analyst, Analyst, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. Prior to this, Colleen worked as a Server at The Penrose and held significant responsibilities as Senior Giving Co-Chair for the Make Your Mark! Student Giving Challenge, overseeing fundraising and alumni engagement. Colleen also contributed as a Development Assistant at the Department of College Advancement at SUNY Geneseo, focusing on alumni relations and fundraising initiatives. Additionally, Colleen served as Vice President of Philanthropic Service for Sigma Kappa Sorority, Theta Pi, where notable fundraising efforts were organized. Colleen began their career as a Server at The Towne Crier Cafe, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
