Rich Pratt, CMRP, currently serves as a Reliability Management Engineer at Cornerstone Controls since September 2011, where responsibilities include leading traditional online and wireless vibration monitoring projects, encompassing system design, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support. Prior to this role, Rich worked at Emerson Process Management for over a decade in various capacities, including Subject Matter Expert and Regional Services Supervisor, focusing on online vibration monitoring system design, sales support, and predictive maintenance services management. Rich's early career featured roles at P&H Mining Equipment as a Sr. Predictive Maintenance Engineer, establishing testing procedures and databases for mobile mining equipment, as well as positions at Computational Systems Inc. and the United States Navy, where training and technical expertise in predictive maintenance and nuclear power plant operations were developed. Rich completed education at Milwaukee School of Engineering and Oakland University.
