Mike McDonald has extensive experience in customer service and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate Specialist at CorneaGen since March 2019, Mike previously held titles including Manager - Customer Service & Distribution at KeraLink International, where responsibilities included oversight of customer service operations. Prior to that, Mike spent nearly a decade at Verizon Wireless, progressing through roles from Supervisor - Business Operations to Business Sales Representative, consistently exceeding performance targets and enhancing the customer experience. Mike's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Science in Communications from PennWest Clarion.
