Amber McCarthy is currently working as the Operations Support Lead at CANTERRA SEEDS. Prior to this role, Amber held the position of Director of Customer Success - North America at Agro.Club and worked at Monsanto Company for over 16 years in various roles including Trait Operations & Technical Support Supervisor and Trait Operations Admin. Amber has experience in trait royalty invoicing, managing licensee data, system development, dealer reconciliation, and account services support. Amber also served as a RR Ops Summer Student during their time at Monsanto Company.
