Lisa Ownbey, SPHR, serves as the Vice President and Secretary at Next-Gen Office Solutions since October 2022 while also functioning as the Human Resources Manager at Cormetech since March 2020. With extensive experience in human resources roles, Lisa has contributed to business initiatives, managed employee compensation and training, and resolved employee relations issues across various organizations, including Inteplast Group and FOMAS USA. Previous roles include Associate Quality Lead at Honeywell Safety Products, where responsibilities encompassed ISO 9001 compliance and overseeing quality management systems, and Executive HR Administrator at Bryant Electric Supply, where Lisa handled comprehensive HR functions and payroll processing for over 100 employees. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting from Limestone University and an Associate’s degree in Business Management from York Technical College.
