Silvia Moretto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Co Organizer for TEDxVerona since November 2018, Silvia also contributes to the GoodJob! blog, focusing on workplace and personnel management topics in Northeastern Italy. As a Permanent Recruitment Coordinator for ADHR GROUP since January 2020, responsibilities include middle and senior profile recruitment, team coordination, and business performance monitoring across Veneto. Previously, Silvia held the role of Branch Office Manager at The Adecco Group, managing HR functions and candidate assessments, and as Responsabile Selezione-Commerciale at Openjobmetis SpA, overseeing e-recruitment and client relations.
