Gautam Gupta has over 20 years of work experience. Gautam started their career as a Research Intern at IRISA, Rennes in 1999 and 2000. In 2008, they worked as an HPC Consultant at Apolent. From 2009 to 2011, they held the roles of Chief Engineer and Principal Engineer at Apolent. Finally, from 2011 onwards, they have been Co-Founder and President at CORESPEQ Inc., as well as Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering.

Gautam Gupta received their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1996 to 2000. Gautam then pursued a PhD in Informatique (Computer Science) from IRISA, Rennes from 2001 to 2003. Gautam then completed their PhD in Computer Science: High Performance Computing from Colorado State University from 2001 to 2010.
