Steve Spears is a Senior Project Consultant at Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc., with over 40 years of experience in the precast concrete industry. Since February 2000, Steve has specialized in providing pre-construction design assistance, estimating, budgeting, value engineering, BIM, LEED point capture, project fabrication, product delivery, field installation, and project closeout, working closely with architects, engineers, developers, and owners. Prior to this role, Steve served as a Project Manager and Engineer at Coreslab Structures from 1985 to March 1992. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University-Bozeman, earned between 1973 and 1979.
