Eileen Valls is a Senior EHS Consultant at FITS, LLC since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in environmental health and safety. Previously, Valls served as the Environmental System Lead/EHS Officer at Roche LTD in Ponce, Puerto Rico, from November 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing environmental compliance, risk management, emergency preparedness, fire protection, and overseeing various chemical safety programs. Additionally, Valls worked as an EHS Engineer II at Baxter International Inc. from March 2012 to November 2015, directing environmental projects and leading significant initiatives such as ISO 14001 audits and a solid waste recycling program achieving nearly 90% recycling. Valls holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
