Philip Peacock is a seasoned technology and policy consultant with extensive experience in systems engineering, architecture, and business improvement strategies. Currently serving as a Technology, Process, and Policy Consultant at Core4ce since September 2022, Philip advises government clients on policy and process enhancements, mergers and acquisitions, and technical due diligence. Prior roles include Senior Systems Architect at EverWatch, Vice President at ASRC Federal Vistronix, and founding President & CEO of ExaTech Solutions, where Philip established IT services specifically for the intelligence community. Early career highlights feature software engineering roles at AT&T (GCI), Liberate Technologies, and several consulting positions, including work with TriSept Corporation and Ideatia, Inc. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Virginia Tech.
