Michael Bros is an experienced executive in corporate development and strategy, currently serving as EVP at Core Scientific since December 2018. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors from May 2014 to December 2018. Michael began a career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, initially as a Summer Associate in June 2011 and later as an Investment Banking Associate from July 2012 to May 2014. Before transitioning to investment banking, Michael worked as a Senior Cash Forecasting Analyst/Financial Reporting Analyst at GMAC/Ally Financial and as an MBS Analyst at GMAC RFC. Michael obtained an MBA in Investment Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas.
