Stevi Fanning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Business Development at Cordova Outdoors since November 2023, Stevi also owns and operates Building Boise Real Estate as an Associate Broker since July 2022. In addition, Stevi has been a Real Estate Coach at Windermere Coaching since January 2022 and operates a custom cake design business, Stevi Raff Cake Design, since 2011. Previous roles include licensed real estate agent at Boise Premier, Director of Business Development at NextHome Treasure Valley, and Operations & Business Development Director at Windermere Real Estate Professionals. Stevi's foundational career also includes serving as a Transaction Manager at CBH Homes and managing process development and 9-1-1 communications at Ada County Sheriff's Office. Stevi holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Marketing from Boise State University, along with a Human Rights Certification from the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights.
