Laura Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and project delivery within the water and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Copperleaf since February 2023, Laura previously held the role of Regional Asset Manager at Veolia from November 2014 to March 2023, where responsibilities included asset risk analysis and long-term investment planning. Additional roles at Veolia involved working as an Asset Manager and Programme Controller, focusing on project progress and financial management. Prior to Veolia, Laura was an On-Boarding & Contracts Consultant with Brook Street at BG Group and Microsoft, and served as Optimised Water Networks Project Manager at Anglian Water Services, where initiatives aimed to enhance operational efficiency. Laura's career began at British Car Auctions as a Cashier/Customer Service representative. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Southampton.
