Larry Smith possesses extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Larry serves as the Director of Training - Global and Special Projects, Consulting & Training at Absolute Results since January 2016, following a tenure as Director - Asia Pacific where responsibilities included building relationships with OEMs, distributors, and dealerships across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Prior to Absolute Results, Larry was General Manager at Brown Bros Ford Lincoln from January 2010 to January 2016, focusing on market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Larry co-founded Fusion Performance Inc. and Fusion Performance Group, serving in consultancy roles across Canada and Oceania in various sectors. Additional experience includes co-owning Team McMillan BMW & MINI, contributing significantly to operations and business growth. Larry's educational background includes studies at the University of Alberta and Victoria Composite High School in Edmonton.
