Orkhan Afandiyev is an experienced professional in venue operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Venue Operations Department at COP29 Azerbaijan since March 2024 and as Operations Manager for Saudi Games الألعاب السعودية since November 2023. Prior roles include Venue General Manager for IAC 2023, Senior Venue Operations Manager for the European Esports Championship Baku 2022, and various management positions within the Saudi Cup and Sela | صلة organizations. Orkhan Afandiyev has been actively involved in developing facility management programs and leading operational strategies while collaborating closely with senior management across multiple events. Educationally, Orkhan Afandiyev holds a Bachelor's degree in Resources Management from Baku State University, completed in 2012.
